Terms & Conditions — pk355 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk355 platform, available at https://pk355.cam, operated under the pk355 brand ("pk355", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk355.

pk355 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is permitted. The platform provides educational content, platform guides, responsible gambling information and related informational services. pk355 does not operate a casino, process financial transactions on your behalf or guarantee any outcomes.

By accessing pk355, completing registration, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pk355 website, accessible at https://pk355.cam, including all pages, features, content and tools made available to users.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or otherwise uses the pk355 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon completing the registration process on pk355.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit incentive, cashback offer, reload promotion or other promotional offer made available to Users, subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any Bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification process through which Users provide documentation to confirm their identity, age and other eligibility criteria.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, guides, data, information, articles, tables, images and other materials published on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All illustrative monetary figures on pk355 are expressed in PKR unless stated otherwise.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, copyrights, design rights and other proprietary rights associated with pk355.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour by a User that is expressly forbidden under Section 10 of these Terms.

Your use of the pk355 platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs upon any of the following actions:

• Accessing or browsing any page of the pk355 Platform;
• Completing the registration process and creating an Account;
• Making a deposit, placing a wager or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform;
• Clicking any checkbox, button or confirmation indicating agreement to these Terms during registration or opt-in processes.

If you are accessing pk355 on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In the absence of such authority, you agree to be personally bound.

To be eligible to create and maintain an Account on pk355, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to your location. Users who are minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform. pk355 takes underage access seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

4.2 Jurisdiction

You are responsible for ensuring that use of pk355 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk355 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in all locations. It is your sole responsibility to verify applicable local law before registering or using the platform. pk355 does not claim authorisation or licensing from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani regulatory authority.

4.3 Mental Capacity

You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will when placing any wager or making any financial transaction. pk355 strongly recommends that users who are experiencing financial difficulty, emotional distress or signs of problem gambling contact our Responsible Gambling support team before continuing to use the platform.

4.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be under an active self-exclusion order from any gambling platform or national self-exclusion scheme. Users who are self-excluded and attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering a new account are in breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of pk355 platform features, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions apply to registration and account maintenance:

5.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information required. Submitting false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

5.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on pk355. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, pk355 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers and forfeit any Bonus balances.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk355 will never request your password via email, telephone or live chat. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

5.4 Account Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed, deposits made and bonuses activated — is your sole responsibility unless and until you have formally notified pk355 of a security breach. pk355 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

pk355 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. Users may be required to complete identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

6.1 Required Documentation

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC);
• Valid passport;
• Other government-issued photo identification acceptable to pk355;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months) where required;
• Proof of payment method where funds source verification is required.

6.2 Verification Timelines

pk355 will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete identity verification within 24–72 business hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. During the verification period, withdrawal processing may be placed on hold.

6.3 Failure to Verify

Where a User fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time following a request, pk355 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal processing or close the account entirely. Balances held in unverified accounts may be subject to additional scrutiny before release.

All financial transactions on the pk355 platform are subject to the following conditions. Note that specific minimum and maximum limits, processing times and supported payment methods may vary and are subject to change. Users should verify current limits within their Account settings.

7.1 Permitted Payment Methods

pk355 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of methods. Familiar references for Pakistani users include bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services commonly used across Pakistan. These are listed as context references only. pk355 does not claim that any payment provider endorses gambling or maintains an active integration with the platform unless specifically confirmed in the platform's payment section.

7.2 Minimum Deposit

Illustrative minimum deposit figures referenced elsewhere on pk355 (for example, PKR 1,000) are examples only. Actual minimum deposits are set by the operator and may differ. Always check current deposit minimums in the cashier section of your Account.

7.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed after the completion of all applicable KYC checks, wagering requirements and security reviews. Processing timelines vary by payment method. pk355 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or regulatory review requirements.

7.4 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members, friends or business partners — are prohibited. Deposits made from third-party sources may be returned without processing, and associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses, promotional offers and incentives available on pk355 are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. Promotional terms are illustrative examples on pk355 — actual live promotions and their conditions are determined by the operator and may differ.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 20x a PKR 1,000 bonus = PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers). Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified bonus validity period.

8.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet per round or per wager applies. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or inadvertently — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet restriction is detailed in the applicable promotion's specific terms.

8.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guideline, slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino table games, blackjack, roulette and other table games may contribute at a lower rate (for example, 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

pk355 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including matched betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of bots or automated tools, and syndicated bonus exploitation. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk355 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend the Account.

8.5 Illustrative Figures

All bonus amounts referenced on pk355 (such as "100% up to PKR 25,000" or "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000") are illustrative examples provided for educational purposes. They are not confirmed live offers. Actual promotional figures are subject to change without notice and are determined entirely by the operating platform.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through pk355:

9.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the platform's official sports betting rules, which govern market settlement, void bet conditions, result verification and dispute resolution. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and actual market odds at time of placement, pk355 reserves the right to settle at the correct odds and may void bets placed at erroneous prices.

9.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

All casino games available on pk355 — including live dealer games, slots and table games — are governed by the rules of the respective game software provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. pk355 does not manufacture or operate casino games directly.

9.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match conditions. Accepted live bets are final subject to the platform's in-play rules. Connection disruptions or delays in data transmission do not entitle a user to cancel an accepted live wager.

9.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under specific circumstances, including but not limited to: cancellation of a fixture, technical malfunction, price errors, or where a bet would be in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the User's available balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk355 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform as a minor (under 18 years of age, or the higher applicable minimum age);
• Registering multiple accounts or creating accounts on behalf of other individuals;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC procedures;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting errors, technical glitches or pricing mistakes to generate artificial winnings;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity;
• Depositing using third-party payment methods or funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Attempting to launder money through the platform's deposit and withdrawal mechanisms;
• Sharing or selling your Account credentials to any third party;
• Circumventing a self-exclusion order through registration of a new Account;
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

All content, materials and intellectual property on the pk355 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and design elements — are the property of pk355 or its content licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any platform content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform;
• Scrape, crawl or use automated data-collection tools to extract content from the platform;
• Use the pk355 brand name, logo or trademarks without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pk355 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk355, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated returns;
• Errors, interruptions or unavailability of platform services;
• Data loss or corruption arising from technical failure;
• Consequences arising from reliance on illustrative figures or promotional examples published on pk355;
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or failures;
• Outcomes of bets, wagers or casino game sessions.

pk355 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

pk355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• A User fails to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or account abuse is detected or reasonably suspected;
• A User's account poses a regulatory, legal or financial compliance risk to pk355;
• A User requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon permanent closure of an Account, any verified balance net of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the User via a suitable payment method. Balances derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Once closed, an Account cannot be re-opened if the User is under a self-exclusion arrangement.

pk355 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing Users with the tools they need to maintain healthy, controlled play habits. Gambling should be an entertaining activity — not a source of income, financial pressure or emotional harm.

14.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users on pk355:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory review period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted over a given period. Once reached, further play is restricted until the limit resets or is adjusted.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive reminders as your session approaches the limit.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from gambling by activating a temporary account restriction period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the platform. Contact support to activate self-exclusion. This option is always available and will be actioned promptly.

14.2 Age Restriction

Access to pk355 is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older, or who meet the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent access by minors. The presence of an age restriction does not constitute a representation that gambling is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

14.3 Problem Gambling

If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please stop gambling immediately and seek professional assistance. Signs of problem gambling include chasing losses, gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, neglecting responsibilities, and experiencing anxiety or distress related to gambling outcomes.

These Terms and any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk355 is incorporated or licensed to operate. Users accessing pk355 from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a User and pk355, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication. Users may submit complaints in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pk355 will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) business days.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to a competent court or recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction, in accordance with the governing law.

pk355 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page, with a revised effective date clearly indicated at the top of this document.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, pk355 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the pk355 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
